Omnis Vir Lupus

Everyone a Wolf

What the name means

Come to train, to meet your neighbors, or just to be here.

What the Center is

A community center first.

The Center is a space in Ferndale with its door open to the community. Boxing is what happens here most evenings; it is not the only thing we plan to do. A community pantry and rides to the Center are in the works.

There is no fee at the door, and an account is free. The Center runs on donations, events, fund-raising, grants and partnerships.

It is for kids and teens, parents and adults, families and neighbors: anyone who wants to train, to help, or to belong.

  • Free to come in
  • Kids and adults
  • Open during class times

How to take part

One account, then choose.

Anyone under 18 takes part through a parent or guardian, who signs for them.

  1. Create one account

One free account for you and your household.

  2. Sign the facility agreement

The one document everyone signs before using the Center. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian signs.

  3. Choose your services

Pick the classes you want. Each class has its own agreement, signed before your first booking in it.

  4. Reserve a time

See the schedule and reserve open spots from your account.

When you join, we ask one private question: how can we help you take part, and what would you like us to offer? Only the staff who need your answer can see it. It never affects whether you can come in.

Keep the door open.

The Center charges no one to come in. Gifts are what make that possible: they pay for equipment, supplies, and the costs of keeping the doors open.
